Also, what kind of feedback he left to others (I should think you can view this info even as being a non-registered member), because you will learn a lot about the person judging by the comments he left, how many bad reputation points he left to others? If he or she left negative reputations to a few buyers, you might want not to take the risk of getting a red point as well, if you have delays with payment or any other issues. 100% positive reputation is rare when one has over 10,000 clients, but still be at guard and double check who you are buying from, because most important — buying from new eBayers is dangerous!
