Did you ever notice that the coffee in shop malls and cafes smells much, MUCH better and stronger, even if it’s not actually indeed a stronger coffee sort? This is only because they use these famous espresso machines that allow you to “cook” the coffee under pressure and as a result not only all the original taste and smell preserves better, but it also allows you to make coffee faster. I am so happy I got me a coffee machine recently, adds so much aroma to my mornings…
